Warranty & Service - Joyzze clippers are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturer's defects. Within the first year, Kenchii will perform a warranty repair, free of charge. To request a warranty repair, please complete Kenchii's Clipper Repair Form and provide dated proof of purchase when submitting the clipper(s) for repair. The only cost to the customer will be $15 return shipping (in the US) fee. Should the repair be deemed a non-warranty issue, the cost will be $25 for the repair plus the $15 fee for return shipping (in the US).
